This collection features 148 mostly black and white photographs and clippings depicting James Jackson Putnam Children’s Center staff, events, and activities in the 1960s.  The photographs provide an important visual element to the respective Putnam Children’s Center Collection. All images came from the Putnam Children’s Center Scrapbook donated to BPSI by Dr. Janet L. Brown along with the other center papers.  The photographs have been scanned into TIFF files and placed in acid-free archival quality storage cases to prevent deterioration.  The alphabetical list of people appearing in the pictures is available here. Access to the collection is restricted: contact BPSI Library and Archives for further information.
